At refurbzoo.ae, all phones after going through various hardware and software quality checks, are tagged as refurbished phones. Phones may undergo minor repairs/ replacement by our product experts and ensure that they are 100% functional. Refurbished phones look like new with the slightest signs of previous use.
2. Is it safe to buy refurbished phones?
It is 100% safe to buy refurbished phones at Refurbzoo.ae The phones are restored to original setting and all previous data (if any) is wiped off. These phones comes with 1 year Refurbzoo warranty. Moreover, one gets 7 days free replacement from the date of delivery of product.
3. Whether refurbished phones are dust-free?
Yes, refurbished phones are clean as they went through systematic intense cleaning process. Mobile phone screen is polished, dust is removed to maximum extent possible even from narrow openings.

Refurbzoo exclusively provides same day delivery for its customers. Same Day Delivery means delivery within 24 hrs. from the time of placing order. We have dedicated express operations and delivery team which ensures delivery of each product within 24 hrs. across Dubai.
6. Whether Same Day Delivery is available across UAE?
Same day delivery is available in Dubai only. For other emirates, the delivery period varies from 02 to 05 working days..
7. What is Open Box Delivery?
Open box delivery is exclusively provided by Refurbzoo. In order to develop & maintain trust, deliver quality, eliminate customer inconvenience, we offer open delivery with each parcel i.e. one can first check the product and then accept the delivery. If anyone feels the product is not as per expectations or dislikes the product etc., may refuse to take the delivery.
We will be more than happy to send a different product or even one can opt to cancel the order.
8. Is there any warranty on refurbished products?
Yes, with each product, 1 year warranty is offered by Refurbzoo, when you buy with us. In case, you wish to claim the warranty, please E-mail us at support@refurbzoo.ae
9. What is 7 Days replacement policy?
Besides open box delivery and 1 year warranty, Refurbzoo offers 7 days replacement option with each product. In case, one feels the product is not as per expectations/ product is not upto the mark, may claim replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery of order.
10. How to claim warranty/ replacement for my product?
In order to claim warranty/ replacement, simply E-mail us regarding the same on our E-mail ID support@refurbzoo.ae Please mention IMEI No., Order ID and Name in E-mail for quick response.
11. What is battery health of refurbished phones?
At refurbzoo, it is ensured that every product comes with functional battery with optimum performance. In case of iPhones, we ensure, that battery health is above 85%.
12. Whether Cash On Delivery (COD) is available on website?
Yes, one can place the order choosing the Cash on Delivery as payment option at the time of checkout. After choosing Cash On Delivery, one can opt for open box delivery before making the payment and accepting the order.
13. Whether unboxing video is required to be made after delivery of order?
Yes, while unboxing the package, please make a complete clear video of the parcel and send it to us at support@refurbzoo.ae Please ensure that package is not torn and intact. Unboxing video shall cover, package condition, the product along with accessories from different angels etc. Video may be helpful, while claiming replacement/ warranty etc.
14. My phone is heating, what should I do?
Initially with each new/ refurbished phone, there is heating issue. This is because, the product is being initialized and all heavy processes/ updates etc. starts in the background. The same may persist in initial 2-3 days. In case, the issue still persists, please check the compatibility of charger used. In case of incompatible charger, the same may result in overheating, reduced phone and battery performance.

15. What to do if "Payment is rejected" with Tabby

16. What to do if "Payment is getting rejected" while making payment through Card?
Due to security and internal controls, sometimes payment gets rejected with Payment Gateway. But you need not to worry, please contact customer support at +97142959448 or support@refurbzoo.ae, if you face any issue. Dedicated team will get resolution immediately.
17. Are all parts in refurbished phones original or replaced?
During the refurbishment process, various components are inspected, tested and replaced, if necessary. Commonly replaced parts might include battery, screen, casing or other internal components. The level of refurbishment is not same in all phones. Based on that we have 3 categories - Good, Superb and Like New.
